Tom Davies, known as “Tom the Book” in the valleys of South Wales is a writer, author and reporter.

His latest work, Testament is to be published shortly by Berwyn Mountain Press.

In this explosive autobiographical memoir Tom Davies has shown how, as a youth, he was created by books, films and drama; how in a way he was merely a mirror of everyone else’s ideas which, in a sense, is perhaps what we all are. We are little more than the genealogy of our ideas, he says, and anyone who reads this book will perhaps learn more about themselves than him. Yet central to his book are his experiences in Malaya, when he experienced an awakening to God and a series of visions that was to change his life.

It would be another 20 years before he fully understood the visions that God had shown him and how these are very pertinent today in our troubled world, where the media plays such a key role in all our lives.

As a writer he has continued to explore his visions into modern times which have also given him a new understanding and insight into many major events including the death of Princess Diana, the attack on the World Trade Centre and the War on Terror.

He argues that everything falls into place when you look at the role of newspapers and television in these events; that the media has become an active catalyst in most modern atrocities and the truly thrilling conclusion to be drawn from the emergence of such a great gathering of global evil can only be that God is finally preparing the world for the Second Coming.
